'Why do we reach for nostalgia in a time of crisis? Is a printed and bound photograpy book / publication piece. The book portrays and depicts the coping mechanisms that I went through in the mist of COVID 19 to feel comfort. This book is a self reflection and personal diary implimenting my childhood and all its joys while also visualising the feelings that nostalgia can bring in a difficult time. Using personal media and current photographic work I explored the themes of isolation, memory and change.
